Most recent pasta dish was a mash up of what was left over from a pizza night with the neighbors. We simmered the pizza red sauce, added the left-over mushrooms, onions, sausage and roasted red peppers. Added the cooked farfalle (not a left-over pizza item!) and a bit of pasta water. Just before serving, included small chunks of the remaining fresh mozzarella and other cheeses. We did not have any left over wine, so had to open a new bottle! Would love to learn more about making our own pasta. Thank you for sharing these books via the drawing.

Not one that I made, but I recently had ricotta ravioli made with a saffron flavored dough at Pasta Supply Co in San Francisco. One of the most surprising and delightful (and beautiful) dishes I've had in a long time!
