I'm excited to bake this recipe from Flour Power while I wait for Jensen's book to be available to buy in my corner of the world. Do you know what kind of starter (hydration and flour(s)) is used?

For these recipes, Tara uses a white flour, 100%-hydration starter, just like I do.
