I saw your review in my news feed somehow before you announced it here. Really fascinating! It's such a clever idea to turn the bowl instead of the beater, and it reminds me of my technique for opening stuck jar lids: hold the lid as still as possible (lock your wrist), and twist the jar with your other hand. It's usually larger and therefore gives you leverage.
I bought 2 of those mixers for $100 each at a Building 19, then flipped them on eBay. I still regret not keeping one for myself.
