Hi Andrew - FYI, when I click on the link to the pdf for the butter recipe, the Injera recipe comes up. Hopefully an easy fix. Also, if one wants salted butter, how much salt should be added to this recipe? Thank you!

Hi Miriam! I've never salted the butter before so unfortunately don't have an answer for you: I always say 'to taste,' here for me that's probably around a teaspoon or so.

Thank you for responding Julia. I appreciate it very much. I do on occasion like some good quality salted butter on freshly baked sourdough bread. A teaspoon sounds like a good place to start. I look forward to making some homemade cultured butter using your recipe and instruction.
