Fieldstone sells only whole grains. They do not mill flour for sale. They do sell Wondermlll and Komo mills for home use.

Here in Maryland unfortunately Migrash Farm is not currently milling flour for retail sale. Purple Mountain Grown is a good retail option. They use a zentrofan mill for fantastic flour quality: https://purplemountaingrown.com/collections/freshly-milled-flours

Seems like Breadtopia in Iowa should be on the list. I'm not 100% sure if they mill grains themselves or have it done by someone else, but they have an amazing list of grains that they sell both milled and un-milled. I buy from them regularly and have always been very happy.
