This is sad/not sad for me. You know I want to try this as a loaf, *however*, my oversized sando bun deflated after baking. Thankfully, not really affecting its purpose. I thought it was because I overproofed it. Maybe not so much!

Well-this letter DID inspire me to use your potato roll recipe to make some hamburger buns on Saturday. I just crossed the “store bought” ones off of my shopping list! My family now refers to all bread products as either “store-bought _____” or “made by mom____”. Thank you Andrew!
