Wow, what an amazing group of talented bakers! I love being a BBGA member. Some of the best classes I've taken have been through the BBGA. I took a lamination class with Peter Yuen that was spectacular. I would encourage all Serious Home Bakers (as the BBGA calls us) to join!
Camp Bread is so much fun! I get to spend time with old friends and I've made tons of new ones. I am learning a lot about bread baking, all the activities are super fun, and the food is so good! I think I want to stay for the next session, so please don't come pick me up this weekend, just send me more mad money.
