Slab-style pizza (and Lanzalotta) was one you talked about at the Kneading Conference in 2013 - I still have my files and just compared the "then and now" recipes).

I think Lanzalotta had literally just been fired by Micucci's when you taught that session; an article in the Portland Press-Herald puts his firing in late June of that year https://www.pressherald.com/2013/06/28/pizza-maestros-firing-panics-fans_2013-06-29/

Now having read that article, I also want to know more about his Luna bread.
