I’m already signed up, but focaccia would be a great addition. I made your other sourdough focaccia recipe about 10 days ago. Super delicious. Happy to learn yet another focaccia recipe. Plus, of course, the pizza al taglio.

Just signed up! This message actually served as a gentle reminder about the class, which I am grateful for. I'm so excited to learn both the pizza and the focaccia! Focaccia has been hit or miss for me, but when it's a hit, it's AMAZING, so I look forward to achieving more consistency. Can't wait!
